What is Stream Cortex?

Stream Cortex not only features built-in video editing and coaching software, but also a global marketplace of specialized coaches who can review that video, offer feedback, and build development plans for your athletes. If your organization needs a certain resource - for example a mental performance specialist or nutritionist - you can find those experts on our platform.

What's different about Stream Cortex vs other video platforms?

What’s different about us versus other video platforms? Aside from our marketplace, all organizations and athletes keep their public social profiles, completely free of charge, no matter where they go. There’s no subscription for our basic features. And we regularly feature high-potential athletes on our public social media as well, all with the goal of helping your players reach the next level.

Athletes & Organizations

I'm an athlete/team coach. How do I create a profile on Stream Cortex?

We're currently building the next generation of our platform, so you'll currently need your team listed in our platform in order to claim a profile. If you're interested in joining us, please contact us and we can set up profiles for your team. We're happy to have you join us in this early stage of our journey.

How do I hire a specialist?

When you need help from a specialist, first make sure you create a share code via the Share Codes menu in the navigation bar. You'll want to put your own email in the Email Addresses field, then click "Send Share Codes" in the bottom right. This will make a share code that allows the specialist to access your profile's videos.

From here, find the specialist you need via the marketplace. Go to the Stream Cortex homepage and click Specialists in the navigation bar, then browse through the coaches who are available. You can filter by specialty and sort by tier, which usually equates to their level of experience.

The specialists' profiles will show the services they offer as well as their prices. Click the "Hire Specialist" button to get started with the request form, which will submit directly to that coach's inbox. Be sure to enter the share code in here; otherwise the specialist won't be able to access your videos!

Specialists will usually share how long certain jobs take. Once the job is complete, you will be notified and your payment card will be charged.

How do I pay for specialists' services through Stream Cortex?

Stream Cortex uses secure payment through Stripe. Once you've decided to hire a specialist, you'll enter your payment information via the "Hire Specialist" page and it will be securely submitted through Stripe. Stream Cortex does not store any payment data.

Specialists & Advisors

I'm a specialized coach, advisor, or expert. How do I create a marketplace profile?

Please reach out to us and we'd be happy to set up a profile for you! From there you can build out your services, showcase your business, and start getting work from athletes in our platform.

Where do I find my open job requests?

All open job requests are available in the admin menu when you're logged in. Click the icon in the top right to open your request inbox. All requests are also sent to the email address attached to your profile. You should see the athlete or team that hired you, the requested videos for review, and the share code that will let you access their profile.

How do I complete a job?

After you've copied the share code for the job, log out of your profile and then log in again using that share code. You'll now be able to access the video editor for that athlete or organization, where you can watch, clip, add feedback, evaluate, and more.

How do I get paid for my services?

On signup, you'll add the information for your business PayPal account. You can always contact us if you need to change this account. The funds for any services, less a 15% platform fee, will be sent to you within 5 business days once you mark a job as complete.
