Scout Bio
For 25 years, Scott has worked in various leadership roles in Junior Tier I and II. In 2022-2023 Scott moved from behind the bench to overseeing hockey operations for the wings.
In 18 seasons as a head coach, he has guided teams to a National Championship, two Regular Season League Championships, 15 playoff appearances, six Robertson Cup appearances, 5 Regular Season Division Championships and five Division Playoff Championships.
In 2019, he was selected to represent the North American Hockey League as Head Coach of Team NAHL at the Junior World Cup in Sochi, Russia. In 2021, he became the winningest coach in the history of the NAHL.
Scott has a very accomplished record in the NAHL and the USHL, recording 665 wins, 272 losses and 88 OTL in 18 seasons. He has amassed numerous awards, including General Manager of the Year. Coach of the Year and Organization of the year.
