<p>Matt has been with PHT since its opening in the fall of 2019. As the operations manager and head strength and conditioning coach, Matt is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations as well as handling all of the programming for the strength and conditioning programs. Matt's primary goal is to impact every athletes life that he encounters in a positive, fun, and educational manner. Having trained alongside numerous professionals over the past 14 years, Matt has developed an extreme passion for strength and conditioning because he saw the added value it had in his own hockey career. By helping young players see the value in a quality training program, he knows first-hand how valuable consistent hard work can be. Matt's background in strength and conditioning dates back to his days in his hometown of Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) where Matt worked alongside former NFL kicker Dean Dorsey and former CFL player/ professional wrestler Glen Kulka. Matt is a certified functional strength coach (CFSC) through the highly regarded Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC) training facility in Massachusetts. Matt is also a certified nutrition coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute founded by Jason Phillips, who is regarded as one of the best nutrition coaches in the world. Matt grew up and played minor hockey in Kanata, Ontario in the Kanata Blazers organization. After minor hockey, Matt played junior hockey in the CCHL (Nepean Raiders) and CCHL2 (Richmond Royals) for 5 years, captaining his team in 2012-13. In the summer of 2013 Matt committed to attend Rochester College (now University) and be a part on the first season of the schools hockey program. Graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Sports Management), Matt left as the programs all-time leading scorer (131-58-80-138) and continued his playing career after Rochester for one season in the Federal Hockey League with the Mentor Ice Breakers (Ohio) before transitioning full-time to training young hockey players</p>

Webcoach - Follow players and breakdown footage tier type specific throughout the season.
Evaluator - Evaluate for defining players role type and placement suggestions (NCAA/ACHA Boys-Girls).
Mentor - Follow players and work with all service groups, our mentors are tied into all placement groups.
Trainer (On-Ice) - Set up on ice skates for evaluation (position specific) game.
Family Advisor/Agents (Project Managers) - Project Managers manage needs and input through Stream Cortex groups through evaluation derived data and feedback.
Mental Toughness - Initial assessment for client, monthly follow up and open for reach out through email when needed.
Dietician - Initial assessment for client, monthly follow up and open for reach out through email when needed.
