Reece Hutcheson

About Me:
Reece Hutcheson is a goalie playing for Brighton High School's Varsity team as well as the MDHL U16 NAHL Showcase Team. Set to graduate in 2026, Reece maintains a 3.4 GPA. He's also a varsity lacrosse player for Brighton H.S., specializing as a faceoff (FOGO)/middie.

Play Style:
Reece describes himself as a highly consistent goalie who makes the saves he's expected to, along with many challenging ones. He prides himself on giving 100% effort in all aspects of his development, including practice, games, film study, and off-ice training.

My Aspirations:
Reece aims to improve his GPA to 3.6 while balancing academics, hockey, and life commitments. His immediate goal is to lead Brighton to state championships in both hockey and lacrosse. Long-term, Reece is open to pursuing hockey at the highest level possible, with a particular interest in playing D1 college hockey, especially at Michigan State. He is currently in contact with teams NAHL teams to continue his career.

Notable Accomplishments:
Reece has made the MAHA Select Camp for three consecutive years, earning a spot in the "All-Star" game this past summer. In lacrosse, he earned a varsity letter as a sophomore and took over 320 faceoffs for his team.
