Connor Bozek

What is your personal goal in your hockey career?
- My personal goal is to go D1 in hockey. In Michigan we have various AAA teams and that takes a lot of the talent out of the high schools. I have never been able to play for a school, but I've been able to see how awesome it can be as I've been able to see some high school games while we were in Minnesota before and also many college games. I know the atmosphere in a college setting is second to none and is where I hope to end up. I'd love to have a chance to represent my university someday.

How would you describe your playing style and/or what role do you see yourself fitting on a team?
- I’d consider myself as a lock down defenseman that works to neutralize attackers that also likes to join the rush and provide offensive support, but I’m smart about getting back. The goalie is the most important player, so I do my best to protect him.

If professional hockey player is not an option, what would you want to be when you grow up and why?
- Cooking is a passion of mine and I may be interested in doing something with that as a profession. Another route that really interests me is Sports Marketing. Working with a professional sports team in the creative field is something I could see myself doing as well.
