The WARRIOR PROGRAM is a mentorship program specifically for goalies who are dedicated to elevating their game. There are two levels available to goalies. Level 1 is for a select group of goalies and Level 2 is open to all goalies. The Level 1 candidates will go through the application process and be accepted into Level 1 or recommended to Level 2.

Level 1 ($1200):

Personalized Development Program- This personalized program for each individual will cover all areas of the goalie’s game. On ice, off ice, the mental side of the game, etc., etc. Each development program will be specific to each goalie.

Journal to Success- Each goalie will be required to keep a journal of their progress, training, and daily habits. This is the part where you see if the goalie is committed to their own development.

Video Analysis- This part of the program is the video side of things. Goalies will submit their video through Stream Cortex and it will then be reviewed and analyzed by Coach Ron. The video will/should consist of on ice game video, on ice practice video, off ice training and more. Each goalie will also have a profile on the STREAM CORTEX page that is available for viewing.

The remote coaching part of Level 1 is a bit different than Level 2. With the Level 1 program, you will also receive the scout package. The scout package is used to help goalies move on to the next level. There will be hundreds of coach’s, scout’s and team’s emails available from college and juniors to share the video with.

Level 2 ($800):

I will provide feedback from filmed games that is intended to improve the overall play of defensemen. I plan to work with all players independently, as each player will surely need different guidance to make specific improvements in their game. With this, I should have the ability to understand what it is that each defenseman seeks to get from their relationship and contact with me. Additionally, players will have the freedom to either share a few clips with me or to share whole games and ask for feedback on specific elements of their game or for feedback on their game as a whole and my interpretation of the areas where the may excel or struggle the most. From there, I will help to provide strategies for improving elements of a defenseman's game.

Simply put, I intend to be a resource for defensemen to utilize any way they seem fit. I look forward to working with any person with a passion to become better at our position and grow as an overall hockey player!
