Coach Bio
Colin Bailey is a native of Wausau, WI where he is currently in his 3rd season as the Head Coach of the Wausau Cyclones in the NA3HL. Bailey also currently serves as a scout for the Minot Minotauros of the NAHL. Bailey had a successful junior career which was unfortunately cut short due to a string of injuries, from there Bailey quickly jumped into coaching with the Northern Lakes Lightning youth and High School programs out of Breezy Point, Minnesota. Bailey also spends his summers as a lead instructor at the world renowned Heartland Hockey Camps out of Deerwood, MN. Bailey is a Level 4 USA Hockey certified coach and is excited to continue to advance through the coaching ranks within junior hockey. In his spare time, you can find Bailey spending time with his family and two dogs, and also in the gym when he isn't at the rink. Bailey is excited to use his passion and knowledge of the game of hockey to help develop the games future athletes.

Will be able to cut clips from each players games for them to view easily so that they can pinpoint what skills they need to work on to take their game to the next level.
Defense
Will cut individual shifts for the defenseman to help guide them and give them a complete understanding of the positional play and skills required to be successful at the next level.
Forward
Will cut individual shifts for the forward to help guide them and give them a complete understanding of the positional play and skills required to be successful at the next level.
Game Breakdown
Using my experience cutting film for my junior players, I will be able to guide the player through game film to touch on individual skill as well as team tactics to help grow the players individual skill set as well as complete understanding of the game of hockey
Mentor
Through my experience in the game of hockey, I will be able to provide insight and guidance to players along their development journey to ensure that they are taking the right steps to get to where they want to be in the game!
